Emily was very helpful at the weekend. Trawling through all my invoices to find one I needed from a few months prior. She could have easily forwarded me to the call centre, but took time to help me with my problem, and made my life easy!

Always great customer service from the staff in this branch no matter the query. I always use this one instead of the the other local locations.

This is a good screw fix shop that lives up to my expectations for what you would expect from a screwfix.
The staff are all friendly and helpful.
The carpark is very large, so it is easy to park a large vehicle or even a vehicle towing a trailer.
I use this shop quite often and always receive constantly good service.

Called in yesterday to pick up some post Crete bags - nice and quick service, 2 young fellas serving,one took order other one brought the bags to the car . very polite and professional. Might only be a small thing,but it's stands out brilliant

Staff need to be properly trained in customer service. Jamie in particular is absolutely useless, rude and Moody.
When I requested a simple solution to an issue I had it wasn't able to be met or even attempted.
The manager walked round from the back and thrust a phone into my hand telling me to deal with the manufacturer directly. I would happily use any other screwfix in the country as the staff everywhere else I've been have been more than helpful. Avoid this branch if you want to be treated with basic respect.

Visited the branch last week. Special mention to both Emily and the store manager, Gary. Great service from start to finish. I expect bad service now as it seems that people just are not bothered anymore. Definitely not the case here. Thank you team, I will be back again.

Ordered online and went to collect. Quite a big queue, not helped by those who hadn't ordered in advance, then got stroppy with the safety marshall. Felt a bit sorry for him as he was trying to get another checkout opened and got no response from staff within the store. I must have waited over 15 minutes outside the store.
Product ordered was a great price with an extra £5 off, so very happy.
