Laundromat is running pretty good. No problem there, but the damn vending machine just took my $5.00 and started making weird noise. In the end I have no drink or change?

Week days are typically empty not one person. Weekends is packed. Worth the money for the time it takes to do the laundry.
German washers are so small I can barely do a normal load and then it takes literally half a day to dry the clothes in the dryer. I washed 10 blankets in 2 large washers and dryers in about an hour the other day. It would have taken me a couple days condtantly running to do it at home in german machines.

Went to do laundry here and place is clean. I used my card to start washing machine but forgot my laundry detergent Went to buy some from vending machine and when I came back to my washer the time had run out to start the load! I had to pay again! Make sure you have everything you need before starting the machine. When the washer was done my clothes were soaking wet, like it didn’t even spin or drain the rinse water out! I had to wring all my clothes before putting in the dryer. Of course the dryer took forever then because the clothes were soaking wet! Another customer said to be careful with some of the dryers because they rip your clothing.

Nice, clean laundromat. Washers were on credit card but you have to have quarters for the dryers which was odd bc we're in Germany so I had no USD to use for change I only had Euro. So I had to go to an ATM, get USD and get changed to quarters.

One of the better laundrettes on post in Germany. Dryers take quarters and there is a change machine. There are also vending machines where you can buy detergent.

Very clean! I went early in the morning on a weekday (before work)... I was the only person in there. The small front load washers are $2.50 and are hooked to a credit / debit card payment system. The large commercial front load washers are $3.50, change only. The dryers are $.25 for 6 min. I spent $1.00 drying a large load of clothes that dry easily... my cotton socks and t-shirts were still a tiny bit damp, so if you're drying cotton fabrics and things like jeans, it will cost more to get completely dry if you dry everything together. The laundromat has a bathroom and a vending machine. It has a soap vending machine, but it is all that solid german square soap deal that dissolves in water.... I didn't like that as much as it seemed to take a long time before the wash water was 'soapy' and it left residue on one of my dress shirts that I didn't notice until after I dried it.... probably stained now.

The credit card machines on the new washers don't work very well but at least they are new and the place is really clean. Dryers work very well and I have never needed more than a dollar for one.

How inconsiderate to use all washer and dryer for hours ( one person ), like no one else need to do laundry !!!!! And having an attitude when ppl mention it!
