Das Sortiment ist nicht gerade das Größte. Und kundenfreundlich ist das Personal auch nicht gerade. Ich stand ziemlich ratlos zwischen den Regalen. Der Verkäufer sah das wohl auch, bemühte sich aber keinesfalls mal zu mir her, um Hilfe anzubieten.

Dieser Markt ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist nett aber ohne Personal such man ewig. Markt- und Online Preise sind nicht gleich. Aber immerhin in guter Entfernung zur Stadtmitte. Parkplätze sind nicht besonders viele vorhanden.

Er muss nicht nett oder talentiert sein. Jeder macht mal Fehler. Aber ich denke, jemandem hier mangelt es an Bildung oder Arbeitsbereitschaft. Aber es gibt ein Licht am Ende des Tunnels, weil der Manager immer lächelt und mit seinen Kollegen mitfühlt 🥹🙏😂😅

Holzbretter bekommen. Aber Beratung war nicht mehr so wie früher. Wenig Personal vorhanden und teurer als Mitbewerber.

Hier endet der Service mit dem Kassieren. Kulanz und kundenorientierte Lösungen sind nicht Art des Hauses. Wir haben eine Tauchpumpe gekauft, die innerhalb der Garantie kaputt gegangen ist. Wenn es viel regnet, könnte ohne die Pumpe unser Keller nass werden. Lösung von OBI Wunstorf: Einfach eine zweite kaufen oder warten und auf wenig Regen hoffen. Man biete ja schon „kostenlosen Versand zur Reparatur“ an. Für mich eine Frechheit, hier überhaupt von einem Angebot zu sprechen. Ca. zwei Wochen soll es nun dauern.
Für die Sanierung unseres Hauses werden wir in Zukunft lieber etwas weiter zu Toom fahren.

UPDATE: OBI hat sich bei uns gemeldet. Die Pumpe wurde dann doch schnell und unkompliziert getauscht. Daher erhöhe ich auf 4 Sterne. Und wir werden auch wieder kommen.

War am Wochenende einkaufen , alles bekommen was ich wollte mit top Beratung!
Der Laden ist etwas älter , aber denke das dass aus politischen Gründen halt so ist .

Zudem habe ich heute einen Brief von OBI Wunstorf erhalten. Darin ein sehr wichtiger Brief den ich wohl im Markt verloren hab !

Wollte mir heute ein Brett zuschneiden lassen 2 mal geklingelt keine reagiert dann kam Mitarbeiter und ich fragte ob er mir ein Brett zuschneiden könnte es sagte nein keine Zeit dann fragte ich an der Kasse nochmal nach die hatte überhaupt kein Bock im Großen und Ganzen kaufe ich in Zukunft woanders jeder andere Baumarkt freut sich

Auf einem Mittwoch um 10.20 Uhr ist kein Mitarbeiter im Geschäft, der die Vitrine mit den Schädlichbekämpfungsmitteln aufschließen kann! Wir haben zwei Mal geklingelt und nichts passierte! Die Frau an der Kasse ist so unfreundlich, das habe ich dort noch nicht erlebt!
